The attorneys at Salvatori, Wood, Buckel, Carmichael & Lottes handle all types of civil litigation cases, for both plaintiffs and defendants.  We represent everyone from individuals and small business owners, to large businesses, developers and associations.  We consult and co-counsel with out-of-state attorneys in multi-state litigation disputes.

Our attorneys are familiar with not only the local state and federal courts, but also the alternative dispute resolution procedures and mediators.  We are prepared to aggressively represent our clients in court, or pursue alternative dispute resolution, depending on the client and circumstances.

We handle a wide variety of civil litigation areas, including contract disputes, insurance disputes, landlord/tenant issues, real property litigation including condominium and Homeowners Association issues, business disputes, probate and trust litigation, and appeals to state and federal courts.  We have experience obtaining provisional remedies, including temporary restraining orders, orders of attachment, lis pendens, and replevin.  Our litigation team can consult with other attorneys in the firm who have specialized experience in real estate, probate, trusts and estates and tax law, allowing us to offer our clients a high level of expertise in both the substantive area of law and the litigation process.

The firm is located in Naples and many of our cases are in Collier and Lee Counties including Naples, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs.   We handle cases throughout the State of Florida and we have many clients who are located in other states or countries.  We have a reputation for success, dedication and zealous advocacy.
